Hi, this is Andrea. I love to talk to people on the phone about WordPressMU. I also understand that sometimes it is just faster, easier and more comprehensive to be able to just talk to someone rather than hunt down the internet for answers, or wait around on the forums.

That’s why we offer consultation calls. We set up a mutually agreeable time, and I call you or you call me. I have no preference. I am in Atlantic Standard Time, in Eastern Canada, which means I am one hour ahead of New York, and four hours ahead of Seattle. I’m also four hours behind London.

A call is $60 US payable by paypal, sent before the call. The call lasts for up to an hour. It may help to write down a list of questions beforehand. I can also send a follow-up email afterwards with any links we discuss. If you’d like to set up a GoToMeeting so I can see your computer, please also let me know ahead of time, as I need to use a different machine.
